Before & After Contemporary Master Bath with Freestanding Tub

This master bathroom is a decent size but the space wasn’t allocated properly: The bathtub and tub deck took up too much real estate, while the shower area was too small. Using the former tub space, we created a large walk-in shower, outfitted with Delta fixtures, marble-look ceramic tile, and custom niches. A small window retains some natural light. The redesign incorporated a sleek Fleurco Voce freestanding tub as well as a longer double vanity with a makeup area and Cambria Whitney quartz countertops. With its grey-and-white color scheme and chrome finishes, this bathroom is chic and sophisticated.
