The design-build process streamlines planning and construction through a single company, reducing the burden on the homeowner.

Understanding You

Our process begins with a personal phone call. We’d like to get to know you and have an understanding of your project: the type of renovation you’re planning and what you hope to accomplish. You will be asked to share any project inspiration you may have collected – such as magazines, Houzz ideabooks and Pinterest boards – to give us a sense of the style and features you like.

In-Home Consultation

Our design team will arrange a meeting at your home. They will take pictures and measurements of the current space as they start to formulate what it will take to make your dream a reality. Objectives, products and an investment range will be discussed at this time.

Initial Design

Our team collaborates to create an initial design concept, carefully considering everything that has been discussed in our interactions with you.

Concept Presentation

Once the design concept is completed, we invite you in for a presentation. We’ll walk through the showroom and review products used in the creation of your project. We’ll show you our interpretation of your vision and discuss the proposed investment. A collaborative conversation will move the process forward. Revisions may be made based on your feedback.

Design Completion / Product Selections

Once you’re on board, the fun begins. After we refine your design, you’ll work with our design team to select the exact materials to be used in your project, such as cabinetry, countertops, tile and plumbing fixtures. Upon your approval, selection products will be ordered. An approximate project start date can be determined once selections are made.

Final Pre-job Walk-thru

Before your project begins, we arrange a meeting at your home with your construction team. You will meet your project leader to review the work to be done, and we will answer any questions you may have. Recognizing the personal nature of renovating, we will discuss daily schedules, security, pets and children. We are pleased for the opportunity to be invited into your home, and we appreciate your confidence. Our Repp team is committed to your uncompromised satisfaction.
