I have hired Chris Repp and his team several times over the past 10-12 years. I have always been satisfied by their work and when I needed a complete kitchen remodel at my lake house I knew who to call. They are extremely professional, highly organized and deliver a top quality end result. They helped from concept all the way through completion. The remodel was recently completed and when my wife and I walked into our new kitchen we were astounded. I highly recommend Repp for anyone that wants to get the job done right. There are a lot of contractors out there, but these folks are the only ones I am confident in calling when I have a serious remodel to do.

Over the course of three years, Repp gutted and completely remodeled our kitchen, replaced the roof, replaced the floor and skirt on the porch, redesigned the front entryway, replaced all the windows and doors in the house, and replaced the siding. Great service from start to finish for our kitchen/dining room renovation - wall removed, new windows, cabinetry, floors, counter tops. In the planning phase, decisions were easy and we appreciated helpful advice while still incorporating our ideas. Project started and ended as scheduled. John's workmanship was top notch, clean and respectful to our home. Worth the investment for the quality, organization and professionalism you get. So pleased with the results and will definitely use Repp again for future work on our home.

We decided to have the "bonus" space above the garage buttoned up and made more usable. We had three companies quote. Although Repp Construction was not the lowest bid, we believed that they would do the best job. They allowed us to do the demo work and dropped a dumpster a week in advance so we could dispose of the materials. Repp did a great job insulating, putting in a vapor barrier, dry-walling and added two electric heating units.

The best part was how clean the workers were when they were working and when they left the site. This was a concern because the area was only accessible from walking through the home. The work was finished on-time and most importantly, was done correctly and to code.

We had two bathrooms completely remodeled. The design phase at Repp Construction is thorough and very detailed. The construction team was neat, respectful and very skilled. Each of the new bathrooms is beautiful and looks very customized to the space. We are very pleased.

Repp Construction did a complete renovation of our old 1968 bathroom and turned it into a modern eye appealing bathroom. With their helpful guidance, we were able to select from the many cabinet doors and light fixtures the ones that best fit within our decor scheme. Their unique ability to coordinate and monitor the subcontractors, as well as, perform the actual work made for a very pleasant experience since the job was completed on time and, as we jointly designed it. We are thrilled that we selected Repp Construction to do our bathroom renovation.

The entire Repp team brings a degree of professionalism, excellence, and accountability that I have found to be rare in the contracting business. They started and finished our job precisely on schedule and were always available to discuss any issues that came up. They were honest about estimating costs so there were no major shocks at the end. I wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done by Repp Renovations. Our new kitchen slider was installed skillfully despite poor framing by the original builder. Chris Repp's workers kept us informed, left the job site clean and finished the job as agreed upon. Customer satisfaction is a high priority by this company.

I am always nervous about starting a project because I am not good at imagining what it will look like in the end. Chris is great about going through the job step by step and sometimes making suggestions so the job is just perfect.

Our kitchen/bath/floor renovation has been done for about 9 months now. We could not be happier with the results. Repp listened to our concerns & addressed them. Todd, in particular, went above and beyond what we expected. The small touches made the project. Christine pushed us to make the design decisions, which made the project our own. Every day, I look at my kitchen or bathroom and marvel over how lovely they are!

The Repp Renovations team has now updated my kitchen and two baths. They were respectful of my budget and my time. They offered creative ideas to my initial thoughts as to the Plan. My kitchen went from OK/basic to excellent. I love showing it off. The most recent project was the addition of a roof over the deck. Once again, Chris and Team came through with the coolest design. The roof line fits in with the townhouse look and gave height to add a fan/light. I now use the deck more than ever. Love sitting out during a rain shower. Repp worked with me, my neighbor and the home- owners association to create the best look for all. Repp completed all town survey needs, paperwork and met code requirements. They cleaned up the area each day and took the time to answer many neighbors questions. The Repp team probably knew more neighbors than me by project end! I absolutely recommend the Repp professionals for your next renovation. I know they will be back at my house for the shower of my dreams!

What can be said about the best home improvement company in the area. Chris and his staff are the best around. We have had Terry on our renovations and he is the best! We have had four jobs done and extremely satisfied with each one. The professionalism is second to none. I wish I would have found them for several other renovations I have had done over the years. Can't say enough about them!!

We have used Repp Construction for several projects at our home over the years. We have done small projects involving updating our basement, to redoing a mudroom and creating a laundry room, to a major kitchen renovation with an addition and new patio, and most recently a master bath update. In all of our projects their team has been very professional and timely with their completion dates. Their work is top quality. Chris is a perfectionist with an eye for detail.
