Repp Renovations recently awarded Maxime Legros with a $500 scholarship through the Orchard Park High School Academy of Finance.

Legros, a graduate of the Class of 2016, has been accepted to the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., where he will study history and government. He has plans to later attend law school.

In addition to his involvement with the Academy, Legros participated in numerous extracurricular activities during his time at OPHS. He was a four-year member and co-president of DECA, competing as a freshman at the state level with his twin brother and two other freshmen. He represented Orchard Park at Cornell University’s Model United Nations Conference. He was president of the National Honor Society and a member of the Spanish National Honor Society. As co-captain of the boys’ swimming and diving team, Legros helped lead the team to an undefeated season and a victory at the post-season invitationals.

The employees at Repp Renovations would like to extend their best wishes to Legros as he furthers his education and begins his career.

Located on Taylor Road in Orchard Park, Repp Renovations is a full-service renovation company specializing in custom kitchens, bathrooms and additions. The business presents two scholarships annually to Orchard Park seniors who were involved in the Academy of Finance. Legros’ brother, Shaan, is the other recipient of this year’s awards.
