Compensation: Base salary, expense reimbursement and sales commission on increasing scale

Repp Renovations of Orchard Park is looking for an exceptional sales talent to work with potential clients on creating the remodel of their dreams. This full-time position is focused on complex additions and major structural renovations of residential properties. Our Remodel Sales Representative will work with clients and the rest of the Repp team to formulate the basis of the client's project through their eyes, develop the final design and project quote, and achieve department sales and capacity goals. The position is based in Orchard Park and covers the Western New York geographic area.

 

Job Responsibilities
• Establish customer rapport to sell high-end, custom remodeling projects, particularly additions and elaborate remodels involving multiple rooms and/or phases
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be easily transferred to the design and production team post-sale
• Excite customers about their Repp experience and encourage future project referrals in conjunction with marketing programs
• Provide a high level of personal attention to the customer, synthesizing their unique wants and needs into a proposal that achieves their vision
• Create high-quality, professional presentations for each remodel proposal, with support from internal team members
• Accurately maintain a working database of all proposals and designs, with up-to-date information
• Maintain and track all product samples and product literature
• Help set aggressive sales plans and support continued process improvement and success within sales area

Job Requirements
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction, especially structural matters affiliated with additions or major changes of an existing home
• Extensive experience with exterior and interior remodeling
• Working knowledge of design software, such as Chief Architect, 20/20 or other CAD program
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation and public speaking skills
• Familiarity with local codes and can speak to company product lines
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Highly motivated, flexible and results-oriented
