Position Title: Lead Carpenter

Company Based: Orchard Park, NY

Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary: We are looking for a self-starting lead carpenter who enjoys running and managing a project from start to finish and take pride in their accomplishments and talents.

Our team runs a successful design/build remodeling company and has been in business for 30 years. We have great systems, solid plans & specifications with a support staff to ensure your success in smoothly running a project on time and on budget. Our clients return project after project due to the professionalism our team offers.

Work Experience: The Lead Carpenter Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience.

Specific Duties:

  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to lay out project
  • Install finish trim, hang doors, crown molding, cabinets
  • Work with subcontractors and monitor progress to ensure quality control
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and our production manager
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Maintain project schedule
